Introduction

Cardiac King values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user data in our application.

Data Collection

We do not knowingly collect, store, or process any personal data from users. Our app is designed to function without requiring any personally identifiable information.

Apple Intelligence

Detecting playing cards from a photo may be processed using Apple Intelligence’s Private Cloud Compute, which sends the image off your device to Apple’s private cloud infrastructure for analysis. This processing is limited to identifying cards in an image; it is not used to evaluate poker hands. When entering playing cards manually instead of using a photo, no image data is sent anywhere and Apple Intelligence is not used.

Children’s Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the relevant age under applicable laws). If we become aware that such information has been inadvertently collected, we will take steps to remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the “Effective Date” above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
